The following is a calendar of in-person workshop offerings taught by Dory CotE and VISITING shamanic teachers.
We will meet on the magnificent shores of Damariscotta Lake at The Kennedy Learning Center in Nobleboro, Maine for two long residential weekends per year and at the Midcoast Yoga Center (The Barn), in Topsham, Maine for two non-residential weekends per year. These four gatherings per year for two years are filled with extraordinary shamanic teachings and initiations sculpted to take the participants into deep shamanic experiences and spiritual growth that enable the "becoming" necessary to truly "being" the Hollow Bone.
In 2018, Dory is honored to be teaching her Shamanic Apprenticeship series at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Healing. This class is the first in a two-part series and includes a certificate of completion for those who complete both courses.
Join Jody Breton and her assistant, Dana Demers, for this weekend-long shamanic teaching. Jody is a long-time student of Dory’s and now teaching colleague. She has the knowledge and spiritual muscle to take you deep into the exploration of “what is shamanism” and “how to access the realm of spirit with guidance and protection”.
Join Dory Cote for a deeply healing weekend on the shores of Damariscotta Lake. The Kennedy Learning Center is a private space with wrap around porch overlooking the magnificent lake, the sounds of loons calling, and outdoor dining on gorgeous, warm, summer days!
The sacred practices of shamanism, sound healing, and energy medicine are incorporated into this weekend’s program. While this work is based on the habits and practices of mystics and shamans, these (often secret) healing methods are currently documented by scientists and hospitals to be very effective in reducing blood pressure, healing from heart surgery or heart attacks, and restoring physical health after trauma or periods of chronic illness.
Join Dory Cote and Terry Morgan for a peaceful and relaxing weekend on the shores of Damariscotta Lake. The Kennedy Learning Center is a private space with wrap around porch overlooking the magnificent lake, the sounds of loons calling, and outdoor dining on gorgeous, warm, summer days!
We begin our work together in this session with two days of exploring and practicing the complete and advanced shamanic methods of communicating with the dead including how to work with clients’ grief, exploring where human souls go at death, and practicing an ancient ceremony that leads suffering spirits into a place of peace and growth.
